AIOS All Modules + Done for You Installation
$899 one time · $999 at full launch
Nothing to set up on your side. Tell me about your business; I set up everything, shape it around you, and on a sixty-minute call hand you a working system on a DigitalOcean VPS you own — the keys to all of it, plus an instruction sheet for locking it down so it is yours alone.
The $99 machines do a job. This is what lets them do it without you in the room. It is the system the beach chair guides describe, installed on a server you own and shaped around your business: one door every request comes through, one brain every agent thinks with, one ledger that meters every dollar, one shared memory so nothing re-learns yesterday. The agents coordinate on a shared wall instead of colliding, a chain of command runs up to you with approval gates in between, and a watcher pages you only when something genuinely needs a human — so you check your phone from the beach instead of a dashboard from a desk. Every machine lives inside it and shares that brain, so what the Lead Machine learns about your buyers is what the Content Machine writes to. Every machine I ship after this one drops straight in.
What's included
- Installed on a DigitalOcean VPS you own, running before you touch it
- One door, one brain, one ledger, one memory — the four pieces the guides teach you to build, already built
- The wall: one shared file every agent reads and writes, so twenty of them stay out of each other's way
- A chain of command that runs up to you, with approval gates — nothing spends money or sends a message without your yes, and a cost ceiling is enforced in code
- The watcher: it pages you only when something needs a human, so you stop checking
- Every machine above, sharing one brain — what the Lead Machine learns about your buyers is what the Content Machine writes to, and what customers say back is read by the third
- Every machine I ship next drops in without a rebuild
What it does for you
- A business that keeps working when you are not in the room — from the beach, not just from the couch
- You get paged when it matters and hear nothing when it doesn't, which is the whole point
- Hardware, data and keys you own outright — no subscription, nothing anyone can switch off
Inside the system
- Running before you touch it
- All current and future machines, one brain
- The wall, the watcher, the chain of command
- Every future machine plugs in
- 60-min handover training call · 30 days of support
Why this isn't a weekend project
One door.
Work enters through one authenticated endpoint, and nothing listens for webhooks — outside services are polled instead.
One ledger.
Every paid call is metered before it happens and recorded after, so a timeout is never assumed to have not landed.
A ceiling enforced in code.
Not a billing alert that tells you afterwards — the call that would cross it is refused before it is made.
Continuous off-box replication.
The database streams to storage you own as it changes, and the code lives in the repository, so the server is a deploy target and never the only copy.
A watcher that pages you only when something needs a human.
That is the piece that makes the rest safe to leave alone.
You'll need: Nothing. I set up the server, the accounts and the keys, then turn every one of them over to you — so it ends up in your name, and nobody can switch it off.
How it's delivered: Done-for-you, end to end. I set up everything — a DigitalOcean VPS, the accounts, the system — and build it for your business. On your 60-minute handover call you get a working system and the keys to all of it, with an instruction sheet for locking down security, so from that hour only you can get in. Then 30 days of direct text support while you take it over.
Before you buy
What do I actually get for $99?
The machine itself, not instructions for building one. You're invited to a private repo the moment you check out. One command installs it on your own computer or a VPS, a walkthrough video takes you from an empty box to first run, and there's a downloadable release if you'd rather just have the files.
I have never used Claude Code. Is that a problem?
It is a free install and the video assumes you have never opened it. If you would rather not touch any of it, that is what AIOS is: I set up the server, the accounts and the keys, then hand you all of them.
What does it cost to run?
The machines run on your own API keys, so you pay the providers directly and never me. The exact services, your configuration options and typical running costs are all documented in the box. Inside AIOS, a ceiling you set is enforced in code, so it cannot surprise you.
What if it isn't for me?
Thirty days, money back, no questions.
Thirty days, money back, no questions.
Fifteen minutes, no charge, and you will know inside ten whether this is worth doing for your business.
Founding price — $999 at launch. Your handover call is booked the moment you order, and the 30 days of support start the day I hand you the keys.
Every machine — and every machine I ship next — is inside AIOS for $899
